Cheers!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays from the Schultz Family!

We have spent the year going full speed ahead, or really in whatever direction our now two and a half year old (!!!!) Mary has decided to go. Along the way, we have found new love and appreciation for the friends, family, and neighbors that we have had the great fortune to celebrate with and lean on throughout the year. We are so lucky to have each of you in our lives.

Hightlights of the year include events both big and small: an amazing week in Portugal with friends, summer evenings on the lawn with all of the neighborhood kids, trips to Michigan and Florida, Mary starting swim lessons, catching up with old friends at Ben's 15 year reunion at W&M (his back hurts just thinking about how long ago that was), bike races, quiet runs on neighborhood trails, and great dinners around the dining room table, including our favorite Thanksgiving yet that was so fun that even five calls to the plumber and an emergency call to Fairfax County Water couldn't dampen the mood (literally... they turned off the water).

We are excited for the adventures around the world and delightfully small moments at home that await us in 2025 and would like to wish you all a peaceful holiday season and a joyful new year.

Check out the rest of the site for a few of of favorite things from the year, updated recipies (including the cauliflower that was the surprise hit of Thanksgiving), and a few more of our pictures from the year (99% of which are of Mary and one is a really good one of Bridget).

With love,

Ben, Bridget, & Mary
